Psychotherapy

As the first step, we will complete a no-cost Discovery Session to determine if Rumi Mind Health is a good match for you. You will then have an Initial Evaluation with one of our psychotherapy providers who will make a full clinical assessment of your current status and the best strategy to move forward. Based on this initial evaluation, you and the provider will decide on the next steps which may include regular outpatient psychotherapeutic care, referral to other mental health services, or psychiatric evaluation as appropriate.
