General Eligibility

You may be eligible for our outpatient psychiatric services if you are:

  • 18 years or older (Patients aged 16-18 may be considered on a case by case basis)

  • Struggling from mood and anxiety disorders (see our Self Assessments page for a list of available screening tools)

  • Currently not connected with a psychiatrist or other psychiatric prescriber (APRN/PA) or are referred by your current provider due to a move, provider retirement, etc.

Please note that given our goal of providing the highest level of care, we only accept clients whose history and presentation match our providers’ area of expertise. We accept multiple major insurances for covered services (call or text us to inquire about individual coverage). Treatment Overview

As the first step, we will complete a no-cost Discovery Session to determine if Rumi Mind Health is a good match for you. You will then have an Initial Evaluation with one of our psychiatric providers who will make a full clinical assessment of your current status and the best strategy to move forward. Based on this initial evaluation, you and the provider will decide on the next steps which may include regular outpatient psychiatric visit, referral to other mental health services, or interventional psychiatric modalities as appropriate.
